A great restaurant find and highly recommend, this is the best BBQ we have been able to find in the UK. The restaurant decoration and atmosphere is great. The staff were wonderful and the food delicious. The portion sizes are huge but we were able to take away the rest.
As a Canadian I was skeptical that a BBQ in England could be really good. We ordered the platter and it was so good. The brisket and beef ribs melted in my mouth. The dry rub ribs were the best I’ve ever had. I had one bit of the sausage and chicken wings… not my favs but good enough. I like my wings crispier. Sausage is never my favourite. I couldn’t get to the BBQ sauced ribs because I was too full. Corn bread was soft fluffy and loaded with flavour! Excellent food.
Visited last night as a surprise for my birthday. Table of 10. Lovely atmosphere. A nice 'Happy Birthday' message on the table - nice touch and the birthday board. Everyone thought the food was amazing. This was our first visit to you, it will not be our last. Thank you for a lovely time.

We had the pleasure of dining at Hickory's Burton Green, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The real star of the show, however, was the food. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, showcasing not only fresh and high-quality ingredients but also incredible skill in preparation and presentation. This restaurant promises to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
My colleague booked a table for a few of us while we were at a conference at NEC. I checked it out online as there are no outlets where I am based. I was skeptical. It was excellent. Great menu, great choices and great service. I had the beef rib which was as good as any I have had in the states.
It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it! Food, drinks, service, atmosphere, menu. Just a great big WOW! Looking at the menu, I felt like a kid in a sweet shop. Cannot wait to come back!
Went off the cuff, drove past it one day, went back a few days later for dinner. It didn't disappoint, had the platter as I couldn't decide what to have and shared it with my wife... The normal husband wife food share, about 75/25 in my favour. All of it was great, I always find wings a faff but that personal, all the meat was well cooked, tender, tasty and hot. Drinks choice was fantastic in terms of cocktails and milkshakes and both with and without alcohol, desserts were lovely too. Even taking the platter which was an expensive choice, it was 50 a head. Can't grumble.
